The author discusses the reasons that californians have been using hybrid cars. He shows the reader a deeper analisis of this subject, so his article is informative.

The author provides a graphic that allows people to calculate and compare the cost of gasoline and electric fuels used in vehicles. The text is informative and the author wants to facilitate a data that would be difficult, or even impossible, to a people do without laboratories.
